Wegetclose.com  ("WeGetClose") is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provided by e-RDA located in Athens, Greece. WeGetClose provides receiving of e-mail on cell phones and other related services through Short Text Messages (SMS). This policy may be updated periodically. Please check this webpage regularly.

We collect the mobile number and e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via mobile and e-mail. The information we collect is used to improve the service offerings and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

• We transfer information about you if e-RDA is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event e-RDA will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

Cookies are required to use the WeGetClose service. We use cookies to record current session information and for safety reasons please logout our services if you are using a public computer so to protect yourself against others accidentally accessing your account contents.

E-RDA uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run WeGetClose. Although e-RDA owns the code, databases, and all rights to the WeGetClose application, you retain all rights to your data.

We use security practices and systems to protect your personal information that is retained by us, but e-RDA cannot guarantee absolute or unqualified protection of this information given the open nature and resulting instability of the Internet and World Wide Web.

E-RDA makes no representations or warranties as to the effectiveness of its security and assumes no liability for security breaches made possible by any failure in its security practices or systems, or any failure in the security of your computer equipment, your ISP or other networks and communications providers.

Disclosure

E-RDA may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
