Wegetclose.com ("WeGetClose") is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provided by e-RDA located in Athens, Greece. By using the website ("Service") and all services of e-RDA, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

E-RDA reserves the right to update the Terms of Service at anytime without prior notice to you. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this webpage. We recommend you to periodically check the Terms of Service for latest updates.

Violation of any of the terms mentioned below may result in the termination of your Account. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

Account Usage Terms

1. You must be 16 years or older to use this Service.
2. You must provide a valid email address, your valid mobile number and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
3. Your login may only be used by (YOU) one person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. E-RDA will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to secure your account. You are advised to keep changing your password at regular intervals.
4. E-RDA is not responsible for any unwanted SPAMs in your account - you are advised to configure your account with necessary mail filters and use preferred emails & blacklist emails effectively.
5. You agree that you will not SPAM your account, you are expected to apply the necessary mail filters on your end and on wegetclose.com. Misuse of the service with email SPAM or mobile SMS spam will not be entertained - and account may be terminated in such cases.
6. You may not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by applicable law or the terms or service. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
7. Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is only available via email.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

1. E-RDA reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. E-RDA shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
2. Prices & Validity of all Packages are subject to change from time to time.

Subscription Plans, Validity and Refunds

1. WeGetClose may provide you with different subscription plans to buy using a valid credit/debit card, pay from your online bank account or PayPal. We do not store your Credit/Debit card/bank account or PayPal details with us.
2. WeGetClose is a pre-paid service, user is expected to make a pre-payment. Only when the amount is available you can choose a subscription plan.
3. There is no refund on pre-paid amount; you can only use the pre-paid amount against WeGetClose services.
4. If there isn't enough amount available in your account, you will be automatically moved to the free subscription.

General Conditions

1. You understand that e-RDA uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
2. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, e-RDA , or any other e-RDA services.
3. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by e-RDA
4. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any e-RDA customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
5. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your email Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
6. E-RDA does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
7. WeGetClose is committed to delivering the emails via SMS almost instantaneously. However, WeGetClose is not responsible for the delays or non delivery of the SMS due to SMS provider delays, mobile not reachable/switched off or for any other reasons.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

E-RDA provides the wegetclose.com website and services on "as is" and "as available" basis and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. You understand and agree that you use the site and services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages that arise from such use. Under no circumstances shall E-RDA be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, or any other damages whatsoever (however arising, including by negligence), including without limitation, damages related to use, misuse, reliance on, inability to use and interruption, suspension, or termination of the site or services, damages incurred through any links provided on the site and the nonperformance thereof and damages resulting from loss of use, sales, data, goodwill or profits, whether or not e-RDA has been advised of such possibility. Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with this site or services or with e-RDA shall be to terminate use of this site and services.
